Currently an Associate at LISKE Accident & Injury Experts, he applies this technical depth to forensic accident reconstruction and system optimization. Fluent in English, German, and Shona, and highly proficient in SOLIDWORKS, CATIA V5, and AutoCAD, he combines engineering excellence with strategic leadership and cross-sector innovation.

A seasoned SHEQ specialist with 16+ years of experience in mining, food, and construction. Certified in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 auditing, and currently pursuing an MSc in SHE, he is skilled in hazard identification, incident investigation, audits, and SHEQ system management. His leadership at Metallon Corporation earned multiple safety awards from NSSA and SAZ, while roles at DRA Mineral Projects and Bakers Inn highlight his ability to drive compliance, sustainability, and a proactive safety culture.

Founder and National Coordinator of the Zimbabwe Association of Artisanal Miners (ZAMA), Mr. Masuku has been instrumental in advancing the formalization of artisanal mining through facilitation of legal claim registration and tribute agreements, as well as the provision of technical, environmental, and financial support to miners. His leadership enables Mindset Capital Link to leverage an extensive network of artisanal miners across the five targeted provinces, strengthening outreach, impact, and the commercialization of artisanal and small-scale mining.

A seasoned professional with expertise in agricultural management, insurance sales, and marketing. An entrepreneur with interests in construction, agriculture, and mining, he brings strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills. With extensive managerial experience in the sugarcane industry at Hippo Valley and Mkwasine Sugar Estates, and prior work with Old Mutual’s Insurance Division, he blends industry knowledge with proven ability to drive organizational growth and partnerships.

A development strategist with over 20 years of experience leading multi-million-dollar programs across development finance, agriculture, and climate resilience. As Senior Advisor at USAID Zimbabwe, he coordinated the USD 1.5 billion Country Development Cooperation Strategy and oversaw a USD 200 million program portfolio. Previously, as a Project Management Specialist at USAID, he mobilized more than USD 10 million in private capital through partnerships with FCDO, the Swedish Embassy, and leading financial institutions, while also managing project financial functions including budgeting, pipeline analysis, and expenditure reviews. With earlier roles at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe and EGPAF Zimbabwe, spanning financial markets compliance, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and administration, he brings deep expertise in finance, strategy, governance, and sustainable development.

A seasoned geologist with 10+ years of mining sector experience and SACNASP certification as a competent person. He holds degrees in Geology and Business Administration, plus a postgraduate diploma in Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation. Skilled in data collection and analysis, he has worked across hard rock mining, open pit and underground operations, including Zimbabwe’s greenstone belts, Great Dyke, ultramafic complexes, and Mid-Zambezi coal basin. Known for versatility and technical depth, Chrispen adds strong value to mining projects.
